Terms of service.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Vira ("we", "us") to business clients ("you"). If a written proposal or contract for your project says something different, that document takes priority over these terms.
2. Services
We provide web design and development, UI/UX design, web applications, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, AI assistants and website redesign. The specific services for your project are set out in our written proposal.
3. Proposals and scope
Each project starts with a written proposal that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is agreed in writing before we begin it, and may change the price and timeline.
4. How a project runs
Projects follow four stages: discovery, design, build and launch. We share progress for review at each stage and use a staging environment during development.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, images, access and feedback in good time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the right to use everything you supply to us (texts, images, logos, fonts and so on).
- Name one contact person who can give approvals on your behalf.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, the payment schedule and the currency are stated in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, work is invoiced in stages and invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes where applicable. We may pause work while an overdue invoice remains unpaid.
7. Revisions
The proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions can be provided by agreement.
8. Ownership and licences
- Once the project has been paid for in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, as described in the proposal.
- Third-party components (for example open-source software, fonts, stock images or plugins) remain under their own licences.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you the right to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Unless you object in writing, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.
9. After launch
You review and accept the finished work. If you report a defect in the agreed scope within 30 days of launch, we fix it free of charge. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and further development are agreed separately.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the purposes of the project.
11. Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
12. Termination
Either party can end a project by written notice. In that case you pay for the work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has jurisdiction.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force when a proposal is accepted applies to that project. Questions: projects@viraweb.co.
